glass mosaic

Glass mosaic, is produced by gluing glass fragments onto a glass backing plate. For the production of mosaic, fragments of approx. 1cm2 are used, which makes it possible to achieve very fine details that can be complemented by painting or airbrush. The final motif is paired with a special material and varnished with a protective coating that adds shine and prevents the glass from peeling from the mosaic.

The advantage of glass mosaic is that it is possible to combine opaque, semi-transparent and translucent glass, which gives the motif a space and perspective. Our glass mosaics can also be seen in the Rock'n Fish restaurant chain in Los Angeles.
